Every project and product is unique with its own set of constraints, limitations, and challenges that we focus on perfecting though precision measurements captured through scan data, matching product environment to material properties and finally selecting the appropriate manufacturing technique.
The list below is centered around the general concepts that are involved in most projects start to finish. Not all service are always required. For instance, not all projects require scans prior to CAD modeling and not all 3D prints require modeling if you already have the .stl file.
Pricing will vary depending on the complexity and resolution needed within the scan data. Some projects require only a limited amount of data while others require multiple highly accurate scans combined into one.
Scans are $250/hr + travel time (if required). Most Projects will fall within the one hour range for scanning and processing.
$75/hr for Basic CAD Modeling
$100/hr for Complex CAD modeling involving organic surfacing and heavy reworking.
As a point of reference, a simple air intake tube and airbox assembly will typically land in the 4-5hr range at the basic rate
Most projects fall in the basic rate.
Pricing will be directly dependent on desired material for the final product and amount of filament required. Engineering filaments are what we specialize in and carry in-stock. Once an .stl file has been created or provided an accurate and full quote will be provided.
